1/2 pack pasta and sauce and 1/2 haddock fillet in better

B - 2 slices soreen with butter = 6 points
Apple = 0 points
L - Shapers chicken tikka salad = 3 points
D - Weight watchers sausage and mash = 9 points
Veg = 0 points
S - Bottle of coke zero = 0 points
Mini choc muffin = 3 points
Weight watchers carrot cake slice = 2 points
Milk = 2 points

Total = 25 :)

Update - had another half a carrot cake slice - so I used up the spare point lol :)

I'm going to weigh on Thursday mornings - there is a class at 8:15 so I can go before work.

L - blueberries, apple, kiwi fruit and 50ml natural yogurt = 1 point

D - 1/2 packet pasta and sauce = 7 points
Apple turnover :) = 7 points

S - Milk = 2 points
Carrot cake slice = 2 points

23 points so far...

Still haven't been food shopping yet for WW meals...

Only 20 points today - I'm stuffed so not going to eat just for the sake of it...
 
Just be careful with going under your points, some people dont have such good losses when they dont use all their daily points, or most of them.

Thanks Mary - this is the first day I've been under however I've drank more tea today so my milk points are prob higher.
 
I've just worked out that I've been having a lot more milk than I've been adding to my points allowance... So I'm going to cut out milk for the rest of the week.

B - Tesco meal replacement bar - 6 points
L - 1/2 pack of cous cous - 2 points
3 slices of chicken roll - 1 point
Coleslaw - 2 points
D - WW meal - 6 points
Extra chicken roll - 1 point
WW desert = 2 points

S - Apple - 0 points
Yogurt - 2 points
Biscuit bar - 3 points
