Wow those pancakes look good! R they free on simply filling? Dont worry about ur wi, I no u cant help but feel upset and as much as we say positive things u will still feel disappointed but it is better than not loosing :-D u never know u might see the rest next week :-D keep positive

They are. Its literally a banana mashed until near liquid with two beaten eggs and then cooked. Delicious and I will be having them tomorrow. Going to make a double batch and will see what they are like to reheat at work. They were delicious.

Im not going to let it get me down. Its not a loss I wanted or expected but I wasnt brilliant yesterday as had biscuits and didnt stick to the treats yedterday and then i had the wrap incident on thursday so will just enjoy tonjght and will just stick to it perfectly from sunday and will avoid as much pasta as I had and the wraps. Just need to plan my meals now

Yes I put dome greek yoghurt with it. It was lovely. A nice breakfast or pudding

Those pancakes look delish...I even expanded the photo to get a better look!

Sorry you were disappointed with your loss but as someone mentioned further up the thread, it should show next week. I find that I more or less STS one week and then have a good loss the subsequent week.

Good luck and keep posting those tasty looking meals for us all to slaver over!
 
I have always photographed my food since doing ww. Its good to look back on when you need inspiration.

So lunch was a ham salad sandwich and had some ww crisps. Shouldnt have had them but it was hard when everyone else was eating crisps not to.

Dinner at Chiquitos tonight. Am having fajitas and then birthday cake (its a giant jaffa cake!) But as I dont like jaffa cakes much will be a small slice. I wont be drinking and if I have pudding at Chiquitos I normally share with my sd so its all ok. I will enjoy tonight and just get back on it tomorrow.

Wont take pictures of my meal out (only photos I dont take) but will try and take some for you tomorrow.

Omg so fat now. Failed miserably at my plan

Had popcorn, strawberry daiquiri, fajitas and ice cream. Just finishing off eith a glass of milk as have heartburn.

Will start simple start tomorrow and try not to have any treats and hope it doesnt do too much damage.

Ok so today and for the rest of the week will be simple start with NO treats.

B - banana
L - bacon, potato, scrambled eggs and beans

Hours swim and a nectarine is my day so far.

Dinner is hopefully moussaka if I can find aubergines if not savoury mince and vegetables.

Will also make pancakes and berries for pudding and will have fruit salad later and possibly an orange. 1389532883134.jpg

The pancakes look really good :)

I agree taking photos is a good way to document food and look back. It also keeps you motivated.

I decided to make the hairy dieters 'chicken and Mushroom Risotto' I'll let you know how it turns out.
