With the cambridge diet, if you fall of the wagon you have undone days of work. Not only are you usually knocked out of ketosis, but your state of mind changes. You feel dissapointed, let down by yourself, and you feel weak.
If, for instance, you are on WW and you slip up, you can fix some of the damge by clawing back some points or adding points by exercise. I'm not trying to belittle anyone on WW or SW or such, I'm just getting my thoughts down
