Sweet omelette made with asda free yoghurt

Lunch

Cheese and tomatoe in coop pitta 2 x HEA 1 x heb

Tea

Stir fry courgette, cabbage and red onion in soy sauce. Quorn lamb strips in tomato and garlic sauce

Fibre plus 1 x heb

SnaX

Oranges, bananas, carrot, apple

Lunchtime

Mushrooms stuffed with low low (2 extra syns as I had a whole tub of spread) BNS wedges, roast beetroot and lime chilli quorn

Tea

Lim chilli quorn with stir fried egg fried rice and peas

SnaX

Boiled egg x 2, oranges

Pink wine - did I mention this?

Had a green day today as the carbs generally fight off the need to binge whilst on alcohol - I have saved 45 syne this week so I believe that's everything covered.

WI tomorrow so we will see
 
Lol at pink wine! I used to love pink wine, but moved on to red now! Only like a couple of times tho. Still a whisky girl really ;)

Well - happy times are short lived.


71.7kg so a gain of 0.3kg

How frustrating! I have been really good all week!

What makes it worse is the microscopic loss of the week before

So it averages out to sts for two weeks. And it's no even star week.

If green doesn't work and re doesn't work then where two next?

Not a good day.

Started off well with scrambled egg and quorn sausage

Then went to an all you can eat Chinese buffet with pavlova / profiteroles for afters..

Followed by baked Camembert and cheese on toast

Plus an iced donut

And a freddo...

I am feeling very fed up as I am trying so hard and getting no where!

The last thing I want to do is cc but it seems is gonna b my only option.

I have had a look at success express and apart from using green free food I am practically doing it

2/3 super free food per meal - yes although brekkie could do with a little extra

1/3 free food - yes - usually red foods

Snack on superfree - yes - I don't eat anything apart from fruit and veggies - no mugshots etc

All syns. - average at 10 a day with a little extra for pink wine at the weekend

All heb/HEA - very rare I don have these - also I measure them every time...

So I am open to ideas

I will increase my water.

I am not in a position to exercise at the moment

Help.....

I really wish I could help or advise you on what to do. But I've only ever done Green days and just started adding in the odd veggie Extra Easy Day. I really don't know what to suggest. You're doing everything right :(

Yes but put t in wrong section! Oh well I'll just have to do it again.

I am going to start by changing my breakfast. I usually have eggs or sausage and / or pitta.

Going to swap this to fruit and yoghurt with alpen type heb bar

It's difficult to know how to change main meals cos I'm pretty restricted a it is.

There's no choice but to keep going cos I don't want the consequences of giving up!

The yoghurt & fruit for brekkie was very nice...
 
Ah crap, sorry about the gain :( Don't know what to suggest other than what you are already doing! Drinking a tonne of water always seems to help me, as does soup. Worth a go?
