Attack The secret diary of a Dukaner!

Thanks girls. Im going to set myself a christmas target i think to motivate me a bit. I know i wont get to TW by xmas so ill think about my target weight tonight...

No worries Hollie and thanks :) before when i did dukan it was just me myself and i, i would have laughed at people on forums like this! But it helps so much because if ur bad, u feel like ur letting all ur dukan friends down. Also all the girls on here no better than anyone what everyone is going through as we have all been there!

Todays Menu is:

B - porridge
S - jelly
L - tuna and 2 hard boiled eggs (chopped up) and 2 slices of beef
D - im making my fave... Dippy eggs and steak soldiers :)

Maybe don't think of how long will it take, think instead, I am back in control and raring to lose it. Control and sticking to it will def lose it.

Glad you had a good holiday, sounds like you have a great time, all that food LOL.
 
all the time hun. Thats the beauty of protein, it fills you up and you don't really feel hungry. Good rule of thumb...if you start to feel stuffed.....stop eating. Its your brain saying enuogh. Most foods we make for the diet can be kept in fridge and then eaten later for a snack.
 
Hollie, eat as much as you want, what are you eating?

Also im back out of the elevenses, after one day! Slightly dubious as scales are reading 10 stone 12 & 3/4 which would mean a 3 & 1/2 lb loss, in one day....? Ill see what they say tomorro before believing it! Also im back in the overweight catergory now :( boooo xxx

Not for long will you be the overweight your tiny!! We weigh the same and I swear I look alot heavier! Should if put a bet on for the 5lbs!!!
 
Aww thanks Laura!! i carry all my weight on my thighs which is awful :(

when you see celebs in magazines that are like 8 stone and they look really chubby it confuses me! makes me wonder if i will still look chubby at 9 stone :/ we shall soon see :) xxx
 
Also, ive worked out that if i lose 2lb a week then i will be in the 9's for xmas?! that sounds crazy saying that! fingers crossed :D

Lol I think it's usually that there lying I saw fern Britton saying that she had gone down to 10.5 stone!! Errrrrrr really!!!!
I'd love to see the 9s for Xmas but I think ill have a break 2 weeks before Xmas and then start again on Xmas day,

Erm things like

Omelettes, chicken breasts with spices, fat free vanilla and natural yogurt, lean ham, poached and boiled eggs.. This is only day two though so im sure i will get back into it i need to find some good recipes so i dont get bored.

Crabsticks to snack on mainly..

And of course my oatbran allowance :)
 
are you doing Dukan xmas day Laura?! you must be mad! hope the interview has gone well :)

Hollie a few of the girls eat this random concuction for lunch.... tuna, pickled onions and hard boiled eggs! if you like tuna that is! buy some sugarfree hartleys jelly and take a bowl to work, i love jelly! also dippy eggs with things like bacon, turkey bacon and steak as soldiers are lovely. just a few suggestions for you :)
