I bet that you'll find all of that holiday weight comes off quite quickly as its going to be a lot of water and also (this is my own private conclusion) that when you put on weight quickly, it can come off quickly too (hasn't had time to settle down, put its slippers on and get comfy) Keep it up! it just goes to show that even if we have a day off (or 2 weeks!) its not the end of the world and its so easy to get back on track. i imagined it taking a whole month to loose the gain of 10lb!

10 stone 10 & 1/4lb this morning so a further 1/2lb making it 6lb in 3 days, its deffo slowing down now lol :(

Yesterdays menu:
B - porridge
S - jelly
L - tuna, pickled onions and 3 slices of lean ham
D - steak, 2 poached eggs and 2 asparagus

Deffo stopping eating asparagus it makes my wee smell awful!!

Todays menu:

B - none
S - jelly
L - chicken nuggets and 3 slices of lean ham
D - Grilled salmon and poached eggs

weight loss is looking good leah! well done girl x ps yes asparagus makes ya wee smell gross, but it really shifts the weight, and asparagus and an egg makes a lush lunch!

ive got an awful headache today :( ive had one everyday this week, im guessing its just the attack flu again, booo :(

so hungry aswell i dont think i have enough food on me i might have to go out at lunch!!

d - not sure yet as havent got anything in the fridge!! might have a cooked chicken from asda as cant be bothered to cook!

A QUESTION TO ALL MY DUKAN FRIENDS!!!!

How do you all stick to Dukan 100%?! i feel so ashamed for cheating but i admit i do find it difficult.

gained 4 & 1/2lbs this weekend, ate bad foods friday night, saturday and sunday, and now back up to 10 stone 13 & 1/2.

it makes me realise that no matter how nice the food, nothing is worth the pain of seeing the gain on the scales!!

any advice that might help me resist my weekend demons :( grrrrrrrrrr!!! so ashamed :(

i feel like ive let everyone down :(

I have been doing this on and off for months and think touch wood I've finally cracked it!
Everyone is different but for me it was the guilt while I was eating it that made me wonder why I do it, I also was a all or nothing so if I slipped and ate a crumb id think sod it and eat the lot
I think it's just bottling the feeling of the gain and also remembering what you felt like being bigger or even obese! I will never go back to that life and if that means for the rest of the month I don't touch a drop of badness then so be it
Don't get me wrong I'm always tempted but the image and thought of being fat again finally out ways it!! Just me though!! X

oh well, straight back on it today!!

its just a vicious circle of yo yo dieting and im wondering if i will ever be at a healthy weight :(

So good Dukan day all in all!

B - porridge
L - lean ham
D - 3 bacon medallions and 2 poached eggs

I have made some chicken for lunch tomorrow and will make some jelly tonight.

Done my food shop! Got bacon, big pack of steak, 2 packets of chicken breast, crab sticks (not had these in a while) beef and ham and eggs

I wish we could have pork and lamb :( does any one eat any of these? As pork steaks look really lean :/ xxx
 
Leah I feel for you. no-one said it was going to be easy.......just worth it. You need to dig deep and find that willpower. its all choices. If your having a meal you know what to choose. If having a little tipple make it white spirits and diet coke. Tonic or soda water. Have Dukan snacks in your bag for nibbles. You can still socialise but you have make a plan and stick to it.
 
Thanks Sid, was just having another little wobble, i figure life purposely puts obsticles in our way to make us realise the strength we all actually have. And i knew it was never going to be easy! So fresh head (again!)

I cooked some chicken last night for lunch today, it smells lovely! Its similar to the salt and pepper chicken but its just chicken, paprika, garlic, pepper and soy sauce.

So todays menu:

B - porridge
S - 4 crab sticks
L - garlic chicken, 2 slices lean ham
D - dippy eggs and steak soldiers

You are eating pork.. Ham is okay to have as long as its marked "low fat" as I understand it. But I would have thought the bacon medallions would not be. Also pork, especially bacon, is very salty and can cause water retention.... (one of my faves though boooooo)

I love lamb too, Now STEAK bring on the STEAK! :D
 
Haha oh yeah i forgot ham and bacon is pork lol. I am silly! The bacon is weightwatchers and is only 2.9g fat per 100g. I think ive seen these in quite a few peoples menus so hoping these are okay!

Talking of steak, im going to make some now :D xx
