Every night, before you go to sleep, just visualise yourself walking to your first class in September looking great and feeling pleased with yourself.
Also, if you want big results, maybe check out this Dukan diet (it was featured in the Daily Mail so try their website as it gave you the whole diet practically). Noticed someone on here tried it for a week and lost 8 lbs!
