I didn't know they had this kind of thing on sky, what channel!?

I was the same with 30DS I did it on SW, didn't lose much weight but lots of inches. May be a good time to try it now seeing as S%S is taking care of the weight loss side of things! X
 
I was the smallest I've ever been after doing the Shred, why didnt I keep it up??? Level 2 is my favourite, I think thats the one that changed my body.
Its fitness TV, channel 282 I believe. Many of the decengt ones are on at silly times so I just sky plus them. Really should do them...

Feel good about my run, really need to work on endurance tho. I started off running on treadmills and got pretty good. Although its better running outside, I find it too easy to slow down to walk whereas on the treadmill I'd probably only slow down a little bit :)
 
Ooo thanks for that I will have to get recording :) I 'learned' to run outside but I know what you mean about the treadmill, you just tend to keep going whereas when you're outside it's easier to stop. Nothing beats the fresh air though, plus I can't afford a gym membership!

I joined the gym! For one month to accompany this!

I always feel like I put more effort into dieting when I've done a workout and if you exercise before eating you'll purely be burning fat! Brilliant!

Love it! Do you reckon after the first week that a 3lb loss per week with exercise is totally possible?

Im really hoping for 6lb the first... Although I know you don't weigh yourself scales are massive incentive to me!xxxx

Wow that's a great idea I'd love to do that, im rubbish with applying make up, who r u going to contact for that?

It's hard to exercise when you are on such a low cal vlcd, take it easy on yourself. I did the ironing and that involved loads of walking up and downstairs! Lol..

Bananas don't be so hard on yourself hun, you're doing something which is more than nothing which you could be doing. You have not done no exercise if you've been on a 12 hour shift. You've probably walked miles, done a bit of running - it's all manual work.


You know what you weigh now, you can deal with it. Maybe you have been in that grey area of starvation mode if you've been low calorie but not VLC?

Don't worry, keep going - it will come off :)
