I felt sick a while ago I was 9.12.. But I was like start now be healthy NOW and then the onl way you can go is down Bananas. I'll be here everyday for a few months (to do refeed aswell!)

That's fine.. If you saw 10 stone on the scales that would be far worse! If you get back on it from NOW by next Mon morn I reckon you'll have 7lb off... So you'll be back to 9.5lb! That's would be brilliant!xxx

You will be okay hunny, slow and steady the weight will come off and a slow refeed will assist Xx

Well as its a nice day and I have all my carb energy from last nights meal I went for a jog this morning. Had to walk for parts but keep reminding my self that I'm lapping the ppl on the sofa ;). Plus I know my fitness can only improve. I always find jogging/running harder when I start then it gets easier, like I've found a comfortable pace and got better breathing control. It's as if I need a 5k warm up to do a 5k!! Came home and did level 2 of the 30ds :)

Not had any packs left, nightshift tonight so trying to leave it late as possible. :)
