I've found this a big help to stay on the straight and narrow. Had to work a few hours over my shifts this week on a couple of days (thats nursing for you) and the temptation to stuff my face with bread and butter as soon as I walked in the door was very inviting. However I went straight to the cupboard and had the tablet and this made me stop the bread or chocolte fix as the threat of any unpleasantness far over did the urge for carbs !!!!!
