Going for Goal!
HI Everyone, What a last few days I have had. I came in from work on Friday and had the worst stomach cramps that I think I have ever endured... My breathe stank (according to my lovely hb) and I felt sick, sick, sicky. But nothing, other than a sore stomach to touch and feeling like death. I had no funny number 2's or vomitting - until last night. GOD WAS I ILL. diarhea, sickness, hot sweats etc. I got up this morning and feel better, although my stomach is still very sore. I had to cancel my weigh in yesterday because I was far too ill. I've re-arranged for Friday eve. I'm not sure what to do now though. The past couple of days i've been having nothing but water and dry toast (2 pieces each day) Do i go back on the shakes and hope that my stomach will take it? I was thinking of halving each shake so I don't have to consume too much at once. What do you guys think?
