HI Everyone, What a last few days I have had. I came in from work on Friday and had the worst stomach cramps that I think I have ever endured...:( My breathe stank (according to my lovely hb) and I felt sick, sick, sicky. But nothing, other than a sore stomach to touch and feeling like death. I had no funny number 2's or vomitting - until last night. GOD WAS I ILL. diarhea, sickness, hot sweats etc. I got up this morning and feel better, although my stomach is still very sore. I had to cancel my weigh in yesterday because I was far too ill. I've re-arranged for Friday eve. I'm not sure what to do now though. The past couple of days i've been having nothing but water and dry toast (2 pieces each day) Do i go back on the shakes and hope that my stomach will take it? I was thinking of halving each shake so I don't have to consume too much at once. What do you guys think?

Try half and see how you go. While you're ill I really wouldn't worry about it all, if you need something dry like toast, go for it. At the end of the day your health is more important than CD for a few days. And it's not like you'd be gorging on chocolate, crisps, chips etc. So you'll be fine. Hope you feel better real soon!

when my daughters been ill we have to half strength her feeds ( some times even quater strength ) so if when you half your shake you still find it un agreeable try diluting it with more water
