All I did was share an experience I had in that shop where the woman was rude to me but I've been told by multiple people I'm wrong.

All I wanted when I posted that story was to see if anyone else had experienced anything similar but instead all I've had is people tell me I'm wrong. I'm sorry that was my experience of her and that's not going to change but it was never my intention to try and make anyone else change their mind of them yet everyone is trying to force me into changing my Opinion because I feel differently.

If that was all you did then fine, but over several posts you have argued the toss with anyone who has had a different experience than you had, culminating in the post that has me riled in accusing people of saying you are lying!!!!

I'm sorry haven't you heard of sarcasm! I was trying to make a joke out of the fact that obviously tv always tells us the truth so I must be lying! We all know that tv shows show us what they want you to see and not what is always the truth. Otherwise it wouldn't make good tv

-------

Oh well you know if the tv says she's nice obviously I must be wrong and I've made up my experience![/QUOTE]

Obviously it didn't come across properly in type but to me by there being an exclamation mark on the end it shows I'm teasing and not being serious!

I'm having 4 bridesmaids, and I have no idea what to do with them! One is 5ft, red head and a busty size 12, one is 5ft 10, slim build, blonde and size 14, one is 5ft 5, brunette and size 24, and one is aged 10, but about my height! £100 budget for each of them, that will be a fun filled day out :D

I'm having 3 bridesmaids and have said from the off that I want them to feel comfortable in what they're wearing so although I'll probably have final say over colour and fabric. (they're all dark haired so going for a tealy colour) I want them to have input on the dresses.

They're all fairly different shapes do I've said as long as we can agree on colour and length they can have different styles if they want to. In the film the wedding date there are a few bridesmaids and they're dresses are all different and flatter their figures which is what I want for my girls.

Shops like bhs, debenhams and coast will often do a few different styles in the same colour palette so it's worth thinking about?

Think that's the route I'll be going down - a department store. Colours are rainbow, which makes it a little easier for me, but they have to bicker over red/orange, purple/blue and green/yellow! There is already a bit of a fight over purple! Little one will be in pink, simples :)

I took my girls to debenhams to try on different styles to see what suited (i had 8 bridesmaids from size 6 to 16) I originally liked calf length halter neck dresses but when they tried them on it only suited one of them lol.

In the end we found a style that suited them all and because I was having royal blue it suited all hair colours and skin tones but debenhams was a great help!

Also I'm my sisters bridesmaid in august and I will be 8 months pregnant so I'm having a different style to the other five girls but the same colour :)

Ahem, I never told you you were wrong, in fact I AGREED that she can be abrupt.

We have differing opinions on something. You've made your point that you don't like her, now please stop hammering it.

I have I'm talking about bridesmaid dresses now :)

The way I see it my 3 bridesmaids are my sister and my 2 best friends, if I was going to one of their weddings as a guest I'd spend ages finding the perfect outfit and would want to look and feel great, so why would I put them in a vomit yellow dress that doesn't suit them so they feel like crap all day purely because the have the "honour" of being in the wedding party! I want them to enjoy the day as much as me and feel gorgeous in their dresses!

That said we haven't been shopping together yet so there is every chance I'll turn into an utter bridezilla and will be found kicking and screaming in the middle of a bridal store yelling "it's MY day! I get to chose! No one can look prettier than MEEEE!"

Omg they are gorgeous!

Someone mentioned the other day about wanting to see different styles of bouquets and I meant to post mine but I forgot and I've been back and can't find who it was to quote them so my picture doesn't seem so random but this was my bouquet.

I've got 4 adult bridesmaids, 2 FG's and a medium one who is 12 ish. I was originally getting Vivien of Holloway but when they tried them on they didn't universally suit

I've picked a navy blue fabric with white polka dots and each of the adults are having a 50's style prom dress but all unique- one is having a full swing skirt, 2 inbetweeners then one pencil skirt. All are having different necklines to suit their shape as they range from an 8 to an 18 and one of them is covered in tattoos which my mum is mortified about, so she is having a bolero.

The two flower girls are having these:

From Debenahmas, they are basically a mini version of my dress with the nautical detailing round the bottom. But I hate the flower design on the neckline!! So might chhange my mind there.

Then I don't know what to do with the 12 yr old, she's too old for the FG but too young for the prom ones. Might get her a 50's style dress made in white fabric with blue dots, so she's a bit unique but matches. Hmm.

Pretty much the same boat! We haven't been shopping together, and so far I have been uber nice, saying they can pick what they like within reason as I want them to like what they are wearing, and they also get to pick the colour between themselves. But I feel bridezilla moments looming!

Lovely lovely!
My Dort came to our wedding, as I'm Trailer Trashy like that lol! She was two and wore a midnight blue dress, with a taffeta skirt and velvet bodice, my corsage had matching ribbons.

Incidentally my corsage was Freesias, years later someone mentioned she loved the fragrance of Freesias, I didn't even know they had a scent! Turns out I have s gene that means I can't smell them!
Pity.
