The Wii Fit Weekly Challenge

Another hour for me!! I did half hour on the wii fit plus and half hour on the biggest loser :)

oooh you got the biggest loser game then?? Its great isnt it!

I dont know why I keep joining in the convos Im not even doing the challenge because I havent set myself a time target I just like the wii fit lol! Well I probably should set myself a time target actually... x
 
Its a nice thing to work towards if you dont do enough exercise like me its a bit of an insentive, but just joining in the conversation is fine :)

I like the biggest loser but the routines dont tell you if your doing them wrong, also i dont know how many sets are in each work out! lol it lets you stop for a quick drink then u push 'A' and off it goes again lol xx

hehe! yeh I find that its not very informative verbally...So if your face down doing the plank it doesnt tell you when to stop! I've found myself collapsing on the floor and realising their standing and waiting for me to get back on the board! I suppose it doesnt do me any harm to do it for longer though, its killer!! But I'm kind of getting addicted to the feeling of having a tight tummy from sit ups...what a great thing to be addicted to! Sure it wont last though! x

I had that problem yesterday for the downward facing dog! By the time i looked up they'd done it with 1 leg in the air and were in a sitting position!! lol

I must say though i can really feel it the next day!!

Hello everyone! Can I join in too? My weight loss is slowing and need motivation to get on my wii fit. Not many days left in March now, but I think I can achieve 5 hours.

does anyone with the biggest loser know if you can change the day it schedules training for you? it had some set for me last night but i work late on a thurs so by the time i was starting it was 10pm

Hehe the yoga ones do make me pretty wobbly but the muscle ones are fine, just when they say lift one leg in the air and keep your balance in the yellow air my body instantly does the opposite lol but getting there. I like the hoolahoop one but the free step/jogging are fab. Can flick over to the music channels then :)

OMG i decided to do a few random different things tonight I hadnt tried before-the marching one (rhythm parade?) hilarious, clearly I have no rhythm and coordination lol

The rythm parade is really frustrating!!! Even when i hit the things it says miss and half my band disappear!!

Ive been really slack this week so will have to push myself a bit harder i think
