The worst is over!

Had two days of feeling really tired and ratty but now feel great. Am full of energy and am really glad I stuck to it. In one week I've got into a pair of trousers that were too tight to wear and had to put my one of my rings in a drawer as it's now falling off my thumb. For all those just starting or haveing a hard time in your first week persevere. It really is worth it xx
