i so agree with what you are saying... lumpy does not come close to describing my thighs. calves are still like a shot-putters and lets not get started on bum...

top half is getting smaller but i am still really heavy down below.

maybe i need to do some exercise.

i bet those who exercise and toned up a treat!

I seem to only be losing the weight from my legs!! Fitting into smaller jeans with the very same (highly unflatteriing) muffin top. Looks even bigger now cos outta proportion :sigh:

I did SS with LL and we were told that with VLCD you tend to lose weight from the head down - and that was true for me and most in my group! Face, neck, boobs, waist, hips then finally legs!:rolleyes:
OMG i am so pear shaped!! cant wait to actually loose it from my bottom half, i am a 16 down there and 12/14 at the top..

doing my head in!!
