Thin cut steaks


Thought you guys might be able to help, I've got thin cut steaks for dinner tonight they are about the size of my palm--maybe a half inch bigger--and are bout 1/2 inch thick. Would anyone have any idea how to point. I don't know what type they are. It says they cook in 4-6mins. Is it a minute steak then? It's very lean looking--doesn't have the strip of fat around the outside! I dont think itd be up in the 7's. But it's nice to have peoples opinions :)

i have minute steaks here and at 100g they are 4pp each hth:)
