Im starting this diary to help myself, it wont be about food ive eaten although i might sometimes but its more for my thoughts and feeling so i can look back and motivate myself further.
Feel free to stick your noses in and help a little :p.

Thank you, im loving the support im getting on here, if only more people were this nice in every day life the world would be better.
Anywhooo How long is Tue taking goodness feel like forever, i really am ready for weigh in this week. Im a little scaired because ive worked out alot and usually i dont do very well when i work out in the past, which annoys the life right out of me. But im going to keep the faith bacause im proud of how ive done this week and if i stay the same or only lose 1lbs its still good, Im not saying i wont be in the huff a little :p but im a woman and i get too.
So today i have weetabix and banana for breakfast with a kiwi fruit, i had a couple boiled eggs for lunch and a ww meal for my tea. Im also doing well with my water today. For you guys that dont know i stared drinking 2l per day of water about 4 days ago and i already feel more alert and have alot more energy but that could be bacause i excersice everyday and my diet is much better. BUT ive not totally given up my diet pepsi (as if) i still have the odd glass here and there to keep the caffine headaches at bay, If your not familiar with one of those OOOUCH.
So so far im still in the zone and kicking butt, It dont usually last though as ive fallen off the wagon 87473678 times before and never yet got down to my weigh i want to be (10st 7lbs,) but thats just my over all goal if i can lose more after that then great.
So thats kind of why i started writing this too, so i stick to it. If im struggling im sure i can count on you guys to kick me up thee bum ;)

Sounds like you are doing really well and well done on drinking all the water and upping the exercise,I gain then which is frustrating at first! We both have got the same weight goal aswell :0)

Sorry I've been awol guys my nets been down. So I weighed in yesterday :) 2lbs off. I'm very happy with that. Still on track this week didn't do zumba yesterday or today but have been swimming both days and feeling good still. Thank you for all your support too I prob couldn't manage without the friendly advice and people on here so thank you ;)
I've been looking in my old ww magazine and came across a good recipe for chow mein I've never thought about doing that before but its my new thing now. Bean sprouts are 0 points as well as any veg you want to bung in. (Be careful though some things are pointed like peas) I just had mushrooms but you can add onions and stuff. My egg noodles were pointed as 7 but its quite a lot so I halfed it and put the rest aside for my chicken for another meal. I bought hinze light soy sauce and its 0 points for 15g. It was a nice light lunch and only 7 points (remembering I still had the other noodles with my chicken at tea that I didn't need to point ) so my tea was small chicken breast 4 points, cabbage, and the remaining noodles so 4 points for my tea. Weird combo I know but it was yummy and filled me up.
I like getting home from the shops and pointing everything I bought with my sharpie pen so it saves time during the week.

Thanks babes. Think I'm going to be naughty tonight and have a wee bit chocolate and crisps. All within my points of course (well weeklies anyway) but there their to be used and I'm a bit fed up tonight so I think it might help my mood.

Sorry to hear you are a bit fed up,hope you are feeling better now.I always have choc and crisps lol have the low pointed kind,am good thanks,first Friday wi tomorrow after changing from a Monday so fingers crossed it goes well :0)
 
So swimming 2 days in a row has left me with the cold and I feel rubbish.
I have a 30th tomorrow night so I'm not drinking because tbh I don't think its worth the points. I'm not a huge drinker anyway. Staying away from the buffet will be hard but I'm a firm beliver in if I don't know the points I won't eat it. The worst thing is to just eat then point it later. It's a bad idea. I'll let you know how that goes though lol.
So my dad is taking the kids tomorrow over night so ill get some well earned rest. Think ill get back from the party early and chill and enjoy the silence in the house :)
 
I've realised that I've not wrote that much about myself so here goes...
My name is Charlene I'm 26 I have 4 children 2boys 2 girls and I'm married. I'm currently on my 2nd Qand final yr of a beauty specialist course and loving it. I'd love to work in a spa. My kids are Colin 8, Brooke 5, Charlie 3, Jorja Grace 1. I've been with my husband 9yrs and married 6. I met him when I moved in next door to him. I was still at high school doing exams. we became really good friends then he moved out from his parents to his own house and we became an item , everything after that was fast we were engaged and I became pregnant within a couple mnths. I was only 17 but we were both working and in love so I don't see that as a problem. I've been struggling with my weight for years but got to a stage when its now or never. Sick of being fat and hating my own skin. Time for a change. And if I can do it bloody anyone can. You just have to remember why you started.
 
So I'm currently using the app on my phone for mimimins cause my net is being a douche. So I'm not able to change my weight on my signature at the bottom sux but its 2lbs of for ww this week so I'm down to 14st. So ready for the 13s on tue. Bring it on.

Well done that's great. I'm feeling much better and keeping my sensable head on. I like dancing so.ill just burn extra cals that way ;)
