I currently go to SW but struggle as fussy eater and really miss pizza and alcohol! Is it right you actually get 29 points per day 7 days a week.. Plus 49 week ones?! Seems to good to be true?!
I started on SW but now moved to ww I did loose 2.5 stone on SW and kept off 2 of it but find that WW is easier to follow and have lost 8lbs in 3 weeks!
I'm a sw tart- kept swaying between the two til I discovered simply filling with ww. It's sw but 49 pp for the week- that's for pizza, choc, beer ... Whatever you fancy. I found the syn values too hard to work out
I was an SW devotee and lost 3 stone with them, but as they do not exist in Germany I joined WeightWatchers and so far I am actually preferring it, especially as there are plenty of new yummy local things for me to try and they fit in much more nicely with pointing. I have retained some of my SW habits though and fill up with plenty of fruit and veg which can't be a bad thing I'm sure
