Decided to start posting a food diary mainly to keep myself on track ! lol

BREAKFAST
rice krispes HEB skimmed milk HEA and splenda

LUNCH
Jkt pot, loads salad, tuna, and low fat mayo 4SYN
banana

DINNER
Roast pork, veggies, potattoes mashed 2SYN
Gravy 5SYN
Shape mousse SYNS ????
 
BREAKFAST

LUNCH

mixed salad, beetroot, eggs, ham, salad cream 2SYNS, rice banana and yog

DINNER

2 wholemeal tortillas with salad n mince with burrito dressing WHOOPS !

LUNCH

DINNER
Wholemeal pasta
Spag bol with hm sauce onion, passata,seasoning,balsamic,oxo,tom puree,celery,garlic loads grated veg in there 1syn (there was some milk in and a splash of oil but made loads n loads)
