Although i've joined since last year it's only now that i'm getting to grips with this website and my weight!! I've done sw before twice and lost the weight but since leaving group i've become complacent and the weight is slowly creeping back up, so to nip the weight gain in the bud before i put on all the weight i lost previously i've decided to try to use this forum/group/website and keep focused.

So here I go by keeping track with my food diaries.

Day 1 - Monday 02/05/2011

Brunch
2 slices of bacon (fat removed)
Baked beans
Fried egg (using fry light)
Fried mushrooms (using fry light)
Grilled tomato
1 slice of wholemeal bread toasted - 1/2 HeB
Cup of tea (milk from HeA allowance)

Supper
Potatoes
Salad - Lettuce & tomato
Carrots
Steak
1 tbsp mayo (5 syns)
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)
Low calorie squash

Snacks
Cup of tea (milk from HeA allowance) - 4 cups
Alpen Light Orange & Chocolate - 1/2 HeB

Total Syns = 6.5 syns :D
