2lb off this week, I'm happy enough I suppose. That's 13lb in 3 weeks. Hopefully ill get a decent loss this week but I'm not sure because I had a night out on Friday where I ate and drank. Straight back on it on Saturday and bizarrely feel like I'm still on ketosis although I know I can't be. No hunger, death breath and feel well so it hasn't been hard to restart I thought it would be a nightmare lol.
