I'm Gemma, I'm 26 and started my SW journey today (although weigh in days are Friday :D) I have around 6 stone to lose :eek: Going to note down most days food.

Breakfast - banana and alpen light bar

Lunch - jacket potato and cheese

Dinner - omelette made with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and ham. Followed by a hi-fi deluxe bar.

Snacks - snack a jacks and banana.

Don't think I've gone over my syns today.
