Hello....how are the shakes going?
I've never been able to do shake type diets as milk often makes me feel really sick. But I do like the idea of how controlled it is. Can't really go wrong. I think I'd have to do it only 5/6 days a week. I eat out at least once a week :)

i prob will only do it 5 days a week too, as i like my sats n suns!! but in that case i wont waste the shakes as if i know i can do it again mon tues then id rather lose the lbs than watse them!
n i mix shakes with water, but obv they contain milk... been goin good so far but i hve been super hungry today n had a bag of quavers :( which i dont feel too bad about as i know theym only 2pps on ww lol but still not supposed to have them!!!
 
Oh i wish i could say the same. Dreaded alarm woke me for an 11 hour shift. Cannot wait to rejoin my bed aha!
 
Had a great one didn't touch an Easter egg but did everything else haha

haha possibly the first year no one bought me an egg :( i did actually say i didnt want one tho lol but yano..
did have mini eggs, cream eggs, lindt bunnys etc tho!! havent ate much chocolate tho really
 
todays pp food -

lunch - still to decide
dinner - chicken salad and potato crunchies 14
snacks - cuppa 2, fruit, celery
