I can tell you all, Roch is one fantastic lady and I consider her to be a good friend of mine.  As has been mentioned by posters, she takes the knocks on the chin and bounces back soon after.  Roch, I know you want it to come off quickly but all of us need to retrain our eating habits.  That is more likely to happen with a diet you are trying rather than a vlcd.  VLCDs are great, but retraining to eat sensibly will be harder on a vlcd than one with food.  Once you lose weight it will be less likely that you will regain it, rather than if you did a vlcd.  You know how to adapt a diet for healthy eating and your weight will come off steadily and surely.  Also quickly in the beginning as well, especially with a high water intake.  You will do it this time, without any worries about blood sugar.  It will also be so much easier socialising doing a diet with food.  So good luck on your journey Roch, and much success in this.  You deserve it.
