It is hard, on my way home now and in a lot of pain with this indigestion/trapped wind pain. Awful! Not long now till I can settle down at home :)
 
Day off! Hooray :)

Not sure whether I'm doing ee or green yet...

Breakfast- banana

Lunch- pasta n sauce chicken & mushroom flavour, chewy delight bar (heb), cherries, coffee.

Dinner- pasta with red pesto (2.5), mushrooms done in garlic fry light and a hea cheese on top.

Treats- heb chewy delight, cherries & 4 hotel chocolat pink champagne truffles (12). Mmmmmm.

Total syns=14.5

So it turned into a green day! Had a really nice day today. Watched how to Train your Dragon this morning, then we went to town & bought some books to carry on my little girl's reading progress over the summer holidays. We went to the park after that and I was so proud of her going down the biggest slide which involves climbing a flight of steep steps and then another climb up a tower to the top. She did a really cute squeal everytime she went down it. I think she'll love the rides in Florida :)

Enjoyed my chocolates. Ironically ate them while watching the biggest loser, hehe ; )

Sounds like you had a perfect day! I was TOTALLY off plan yesterday and succumbed to a bottle of wine and two gin and tonics last night. Had been good all day! Rage.

Today I am 100% back on track though and won't be swayed! Breakfast will be poached eggs on one slice toast (1 syn for spread), lunch will be SW lasagne and chips (I count 3 syns for 15g cheese per portion rather than having it as HE) and dinner will be some leftover SW pesto spaghetti and salad from the other day.

Snacks - choice today as we are having our groceries delivered today. Lots of fruit and yoghurt. Couple of cadburys fingers with a cuppa in front of the Telly tonight! (3 syns)

Total - 7 syns

How are all your days shaping up? Were going to watch mary poppins this morning in our pjs to get us excited for DW!! :) then taking our dog for a big walk, making dinner, spin class (I bought one for my home and do the exercises on DVD) and finish my book. Good Sunday! Xx

This morning went a bit wrong, lol. Was supposed to be going food shopping after brekkie but I fell asleep on the sofa! Oops! We have no fruit left in the house so I have to go. My husband pinched my last punnet of cherries to take to work! He's lost just under a stone :) just waiting for my little girl to finish her dinner and then we'll go to Aldi to buy lots and lots of superfree!

Doing extra easy today

Breakfast- porridge with no fruit cos we'd run out. Doh!

Lunch- ermmmm nothing....I know, not good!

Mid afternoon- banana. By this point I thought there was not much point in lunch!

Went to Aldi and to my absolute delight cherries are in the super 6! So I bought 5 packs. Peaches were in as well so got some of them. Also got strawberries, grapes, clementines, apples, big mushrooms & normal mushrooms. I also bought an ice cream maker and some fat free vanilla yogurt from asda (5.5 for whole pot). Going to make vanilla frozen yogurt with strawberries.

Dinner- baked potato with sachet of butter buds (0.5), salmon infusions from Aldi & mixed veg.

Treats- 2 pink champagne truffles (6), 3 amaretto truffles (7.5)

Total=14

Today I decided to do green. Really fancied pasta and cheese for tea. I really am a carboholic. And that's one of the reasons I love slimming world. Yum yum!!

Breakfast- 2 weetabix & a banana.

Break- chewy delight bar

Lunch- mug shot, apple, small punnet of grapes, muller

Dinner- pasta with mushrooms, 1 tbs red pesto (2.5), hea cheese.

Treats- 3 ameretto truffles (7.5) and 1 pack sweet & salty popcorn (4), punnet cherries.

Total syns=14

And now all the hotel chocolat goodies have been eaten, alas! I do have my American treats left though. Hurrah!

Another green day!

Hey ladies! Sorry I've bot been on properly in a couple of days - that super 6 sounds great! Good and cheap.

Yesterday was a green day -

Egg and vegetable breakfast muffins (free)

Cheese toastie (2xHEB and 1 HEA)

Baked potato, cheese (HEA) jalepenos (free)

Snacks - tescos mini millionaire bites 3 syns each (I had 3) and a mini brownie bite (2.5) and a fruit pastille ice lolly (3 syns)

Total - 14.5

Today I'm having an EE day -

Breakfast - slice wholemeal toast and banana (free)

Lunch - chicken salad and egg and vegetable muffins (free)

Dinner - out with the girls tonight. Already looked at the menu and going to have crab and chilli linguine - so figure the only syns will be in oil or sauce. Going to have a glass of wine too so I am hoping 15 syns will cover this - what do you think?

I did a stupid thing this morning and weighed myself. I know, I know :( I was 1.5lbs from my half stone award and now I discovered I'm 2lbs off which means I've put on 0.5lbs! :( I have to forget this and keep going and hope something was wrong and it will be a loss by Friday weigh in. I got on my spin bike last night and did half an hour which was positive - made me feel great and sleep well.

No more mid week weigh ins! D'oh! X

Oooh cheese toasties. Reckon that's my dinner today! Looks like you had a good day. Not long till you go to the land of magic:) are you planning on visiting universal? The Harry potter expansion looks amazing! one of my friends has just been and she's been telling me about all the food they had. I'll need to take care I think or ill need rolling back on the plane! !

Weighing yourself early can be a double edged sword. I can find it motivating or demoralising depending on what it says. Doesn't stop me doing it every morning though ; )

I'm a bit bad with meals out, I just go off plan for the one meal but I think your plan will be fine. Remember you have to live a little:) as long as you get straight on it afterwards you will limit any potential damage and pull it back.

It's weigh in for me today. I've got half a pound till my 1.5 award and 2.5lb till club 10. I don't think I'll have done 2.5. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed for 1 or half. Last week ended up stressing me out so much with all those hours. I was ridiculously tired and my friend at work said she was worried as I wasn't myself. Stress tends to have a negative impact on my losses. This week I've got a night shift which messes me up a bit too so we'll see what happens! If I get my 1.5 im going to get myself a toothless (from how to train your dragon) from build a bear! I'm such a big kid!

I think today will be green but I'm not sure....

Breakfast- banana and Costa flat white. The Costa was the one in town and it wasn't as nice as the one at work!

Lunch- cheese toasties (heb +2 & hea). Slipped up a bit and forgot I was doing green and put some ham on so 2 syns for that.
So far total=4

Soooo I weighed in and I maintained. I don't know why, just one of those annoying things. Anyway, I shall just carry on. Husband and I had a treat night and got pizza for tea. Line is now drawn and back on track. Not has pizza in 10 weeks!

It'd a new day and a new week. Had a bit of time to think about my maintain and it's made me feel better. Firstly, it's not a gain, secondly I have lost almost 1.5st in less than 3 months and thirdly my body is not a machine. It's not predictable and just because I've done everything right doesn't mean that it's automatically going to show in numbers.

I enjoyed my pizza last night (with a few added extra naughties) and I will be chasing my tail to some extent this week. I'd be pleased with a maintain but a loss of any kind would be awesome!!

Edit- it's now almost 11 am and I still can't face eating anything. My stomach feels very acidic. When will I learn?! I'm so un-used to fatty foods and bread now I just feel icky. Did really enjoy it at the time of eating though ;)

Small, late lunch- actifried egg fried rice made with chicken, batchelors sweet chilli savory rice and scrambled egg. Free. Hope its nice! Punnet grapes after for sf.

Afternoon- Aldi strawberry split lolly (3.5 syns)

Healthy b- chewy delight bar

Dinner-peanut butter curry (4.5)

I'm just trying to pull back the damage now. I've put on 3lb so hopefully I'll get rid of it by Wednesday. Really don't want to gain.

On a night shift tonight so I'll be starting work at 7.45pm and finishing at 8 am tomorrow. Keeping my food light as that seems to be the best way. Got my diet coke for during the night and some emergency diet energy drinks because I struggled past 4 am on the last one.

Could do without it this weekend really as we are in the middle of some decorating and the house is a bit chaotic right now. Spent yesterday afternoon sorting my kitchen cupboards and everything is now tidily arranged and has its place.

think I'll do green today.

Breakfast- banana and tea.

Lunch- cheese on toast (hea, heb +2), cherries, pack of ringos 3.5)
So far- 5.5. 9.5 remaining.

Dinner- lm sausages, actifry chips (2), tinned spaghetti, fried egg.
7.5 remaining

It is now 3.45am and I'm having my break. Having cherries, grapes, heb special k chewy delight and a daim bar (7.5). Final push. Just another 4 and a bit hours till I can leave!

Back home- bedtime!! Zzzzzzz

Just got up, 2pm. Feel rather crappy indeed. One thing is for sure though- I need food and I need it now!

Doing green again

Lunch- cheese and ham toasties (hea, 2x heb +2 syns), apple, cherries.

Snack- banana

Dinner- red pesto pasta (2.5) with mushrooms and 2nd hea cheese. Would normally have milk but too hot for tea & coffee!

Had a pack of King mikados. They were all broken so just thought sod it! And ate them all. 13 syns. Decided to go to bed as the urge to eat more was becoming dangerously close to giving in levels!

Hi :) well done for deciding to join, I'm sure you will enjoy it! Sw is a plan for people who love their food :)

Tips- follow the plan, count your syns, weigh your healthy extras and write a food diary. And enjoy! You'll quickly get settled into a routine. you can still eat everything you enjoy, the plan teaches you how to enjoy it in moderation. Keep going to group even on the weeks you just don't feel like it. I think group is the key to success!

Try aldi for your fruit and veg, it's so much cheaper than even asda!

I go to my group on Wednesdays too :D

:) I'm not sure about this week. I'll be happy to maintain or lose anything at all because I really did eat a lot of fatty food on Wednesday evening this week. Eek!

Forgot to say yesterday- I get a lot of ideas for food, recipes etc from various places on the Internet. A certain video upload site and a famous photo sharing site in particular :)

Today I'm doing extra easy

Lunch- really really wanted to make egg wraps today for me and my little girl. Only 2 eggs left so I made one for her and none for me!
I had a banana, strawberries & grapes with a choc orange muller and 1 teaspoon of choc shot (0.5)

Afternoon treat- hot chocolate (3.5) made with 2 tsp choc shot (1), 2 tbs marshmallow fluff (2) and 1 tsp choc shot (0.5) drizzled on top. Mm mm. Marshmallow fluff is so good on top of hot chocolate!

Groovy bar (6.5)

Dinner- 4 ww sausages (2), actifry chips (1.5), mixed veg.

Total syns= 14.
