It had better be, I eat loads of it! :giggle: It's marked as fat free, and the book says that all fat free dairy products are syn free, which is what I've been going on. (I have just checked Syns Online too, to be sure, and it does say it's free. Enjoy :))

I think I actually prefer the Tesco ones to the Muller ones, they seem more creamy or something, thicker maybe.
