    I am going to try and update this daily

    Day 1 - 14th June

    Daily Skimmed milk allowance - 350ml

    Breakfast
    2 weetabix,
    Cuppa

    Snack
    Coffee and shape strawberry yogurt

    Lunch
    Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich on brown bread

    Snack
    Banana and coffee

    Dinner
    Roast chicken, low fat roast potatoes, brocolli.





    I will have to leave syn values blank until the SW books I have ordered have arrived. But having done SW before I know what I should/should not be eating.:)
