My Weekend

Oh dear!! Been camping at Kingsbury waterpark this weekend. Lots of drinking and BBQ's so my diet has gone horribly wrong. I kept to red days and my healthy extra's but went way over my syns with alcohol!!!

Cycled about 12.5 miles over the weekend so at least I got some exercise which will have burnt off some of the dreaded calories!!!

Weigh in tomorrow morning and will start again with a clean slate.
 
Gained a pound this week :(. Entirely down to my own fault as I have been terrible with my diet - lots of rubbish food and alcohol!!!

I don't feel too disheartened by this though as with the amount of syns I have had I thought it would be worse. On the plus side my work trousers feel a lot looser this morning!!!

YAY 2lbs off this week. Really pleased with this and got my 1/2 stone shiny!!! I'm off on holiday in 2 weeks so am going to be really strict with myself up until then as I always struggle when I am not in a routine!!!

Oh dear shcoking day - went to the pub for lunch which was a bit naught but well manageable. But then when I got home I think Iw as possessed by a chocolate devil. I had a bar of fudge in the fridge which had been there since our holiday in July....Instead of just having a couple of squares I ate the whole bar. I tried pretending to myself that I was feeling a bit low but the truth was that I just felt like pigging out.

At the time I said I would regret it in the morning and I do.

I have chalked yesterday up as 50 syns - I hope this will more than cover it and will mean I am super strict for the rest of the week (hopefully)

Hi Becky, well done on your 2lbs loss and lovely shiny sticker! It's a good feeling, don't worry about the fudge (has it all gone now?), because i like to overindulge on a tuesday evening (only if I've lost weight) i don't use up my syns on a daily basis for the sake of it, so i bank them if you like for tues night, that way i can enjoy my chocolate and crisps without feeling guilty

Uh oh...I have had a shocking weekend...too much take away and no exercise at all. I've been totally off plan for the whole weekend, but I'm back on it today.

Hmm, Okay so I fell off the wagon quite a bit!!!! I am going to climb back on it again though and start seriously getting back on track. I don't do the shopping until the weekend so am going to plan my shopping, re-set all of my goals, WI on Sunday and kick off on the road to a new me...again!!!!

My husband laughs at me for the fact I am always starting another diet!!! I lose a few pounds and then give up again as soon as a take away or pub lunch is on offer. My job can get quite stressful at times also which I don't think helps because I use it as an excuse to eat junk.

I will get there...I used to smoke, I did for about 10 years and during that time quit 6 or 7 times then started again, until October 2005 when it finally stuck and I never have or wanted to smoke again...I need to find that motivation again, this time with food!!!
 
Day 1 today then. I have just weighed in at 229.5lbs...I think that is about where I was this time last year before I started!

I am going to follow the plan out of a slimming world magazine as I find the structure really works for me, This wee's is an extra easy plan which is new to me as I always favoured red/green days.
