B- fruit salad and vanilla muller light
L- 2 x multigrain rivitas (HexB) with 1 x 30g tub philly light (0.5 HexA) with cherry toms
T- sw chips, nandos peri peri marinated chicken (0.5 syns) with corn on the cob, green beans and salad (delish happy birthday meal for Jilly)

Coffee with skimmed milk x 5 prob have to syn a bit of milk

B - all bran golden crunch (hexb) with banana and skimmed milk (hexa)
L - jacket potato with homemade crab salad (2 syns for light mayo)
T- Linda McCartney veggie meatballs (1 syn) with tomatoes garlic onions mushrooms and spaghetti ..... Abso delish!!

T - extra easy Singapore noodles recipe but with quorn chicken pieces instead of prawns ... Yummy!!

Rum and diet coke - 4syns

L- 100g spinach and ricotta pasta (4syns)with tsp garlic and herb philly light (1syn)
T- homemade sausage casserole - bgty sausages (0.5 syns per sausage) had 2, courgettes, mushrooms, peas, onion and green and red pepper (1 syn) gravy (1syn) with mashed potato and leeks

Mondays Diary..... Feeling nervous about wi tomorrow

Wow you have done super well this week with your super free foods - I find it hard spesh last week of the month as money tight so have to scrimp on what's in the house lol xx
 
I tell you what, our shopping bill has gone up quite a bit, all this extra fruit and veg is expensive££££££

I've used a lot of our veg just making this pasta sauce but I've got loads for the freezer. So it'll last us a while!

I've cut back on it all coz of that reason, some people might not even like veg n fruit so does slimming world work for them....? X
 
Hmmm I don't know. I guess if you don't like fruit and veg extraeasy isn't for them

Because they won't have 1/3 of their plate superfree
