Wants to be slim!
I know we aren't supposed to take vigorous exercise when SSing but I want to start toning up as I'm slimming down (I'm talking light weights, sit ups etc)
Is anyone else doing this and has it made a difference?
Also will it make a difference to weight loss (only planning to lightly tone not turn into Arnie!)
