Time to tone up?...


Wants to be slim!
I know we aren't supposed to take vigorous exercise when SSing but I want to start toning up as I'm slimming down :) (I'm talking light weights, sit ups etc)

Is anyone else doing this and has it made a difference?

Also will it make a difference to weight loss (only planning to lightly tone not turn into Arnie!)

I am doing the same but still have a lot of weight to loose.

I have been doing sit ups and thought i might try yoga as a way to tone but not over do the exercise or do cardio etc..

the only thing i can think of is that ur losses might be slightly less if you gain some muscle from the situps...

just take your time x
I have been doing about 30mins or so on my Wii fit and going for a walk every day in the 'fresh' air.
I have read it isnt a good idea to do too much as we are on a low cal diet.
