Better day yesterday. Started off with the intention of doing EE, but when the shopping came I really wanted my extra HEX for a Fibre Plus bar so I switched back to green (hadn't eaten anything non-green at that point).

Green day yesterday. Feel like I'm getting back on track now, still off my veg a bit but managing some. Felt really hungry all day for some reason, I was snacking all the time.

Well, things worst than I thought on Monday after a bad couple of weeks since being ill - 5.5lbs on! Surprised it was as bad as all that: I hadn't been 100% but hadn't totally binged I thought. Anyway, determined to get back on track now. Had green days Monday and yesterday and going to do EE for the rest of the week to see if that helps.

Extra Easy day yesterday. Inspired by the fishy week thread, I'm trying to eat lots of fish to see if that helps my losses at all. Not hard given it's the only meat I eat and I want to make the most of my EE days.
