Exercise:
None - felt a bit upset tonight for some reason so didn't feel like doing anything at all. Did online shopping instead, although I MUST check that as I was feeling down I didn't fill the trolley with naughty but nice things!

Wednesday 20th May - feeling a bit down today for some reason but will do my best to stick with it and not resort to chocolate and it's 'happy' effects!

Total points used today: 20/18 I don't know what's wrong with me I just cannot seem to stick to it properly at the mo my head isn't in it for some reason! I'm just going to have to try and maintain until I get my head back into gear!! As long as I don't put on I'm not too bothered I guess...I do want to try and lose at least another half a stone by end of July though so that's another 10 weeks!

Thursday 21st May - had a sneaky peek at the scales this morning and it's showing a sts again so far...unless I lose some weight overnight tonight!! My heart/head isn't really in it at the mo for some reason so I guess a sts is good really. All I can do is wait until this mood passes and get back on it 100% again...guess most of us go through a 'plateau' at some point! Anyway, I'm aiming for 18 points again today...

Friday 22nd May - sts again - worked out I've only lost 0.5lb in the last 6 weeks, that's soooo bad!! Have lost my 'mojo' somewhere along the way and am feeling fairly down about it now...vicious circle I guess! I'll keep on plodding on and hopefully I'll get through it and start losing again! :rolleyes: Think I might order a bikini for honeymoon and try it on, that just might motivate me to lose some more....I think because I look better in my current clothes I've lost motivation a bit...

Sunday 24th May
Breakfast - 1 bread roll with 1 egg, 2 slices WW bacon 5

Dinner - 95g salmon fillet 1.5 stir fried veg 0 with half sachet Uncle Ben's chinese style rice 3

Tuesday 26th May - tragedy has struck over the weekend! My scales have broken! They are proper WW ones and I've had them 2 years, and they just keep flashing on then displaying ERR, going off and coming back on....blah blah til the battery shows LO...looks like I''m going to have to invest in some new ones, a bit disappointed as I would have thought they would have lasted longer than just 2 years! Pah! Anyway it means no WI this week....

Breakfast:

Wednesday 27th May - feeling a little bit better about WW this week...will see how long that lasts!!

Wotsits (multipack) 1.5

Exercise:
None as my calves still hurt! Did loads of housework (hoovering, polishing, cleaning windows) instead of just sitting there though which is sort of exercise!

Drink:
2 x decaf coffee

1 x Sains NAS orange twist
1 x diet Coke with Lime
1 x Options mint choc 0.5

Total point used today: 19/19! Haven't seemed to struggle too much this week, hopefully I'm slowly getting back on track....

Friday 29th May - omg 5 months to the date I will be returning from honeymoon, all the excitement and expense (!) will be over.....what will i do then? No wedding plans to make....hmmm I'll have to think of something....

Anyway I can't WI today as my scales are only intermittently working and today they wouldn't even come on. I will try tomorrow morning and see what mood they are in then haha! 'Treat' day today though, going out for a meal somewhere tonight will be over points today but I will try to choose fairly sensibly.

Breakfast:

Out for a meal somewhere, will just have a main course though no starter or pudding and will try to make a wise choice although I know I will be over points today...

Weekend wasn't great food wise as usual but have had worse! On the plus side I tried my wedding dress on at the shop (first time I've had my own dress on!) and it is too big so will need to be taken in, I'm not having that done til August though just in case I lose any more *looks hopeful*. It is beautiful even more so than I remembered, mainly due to the fact that my dress is a different colour than the one I tried on and it looks so much nicer in my colour!! :D Got a gorgeous sparkly tiara and jewellery set too, so I'm about set now really!

Saturday 30th May
Breakfast - 40g Almond Oats & More with xtra nuts/seeds 3

Lunch - 1 x chicken/stuffing sandwich 3?
1 x Tesco LC egg/cress sandwich 2

Snack - Jam & custard doughnut 3.5

Sunday - bought some new scales today and thankfully they don't weigh any different to my old ones (last time I bought new ones I had put on half a stone over night!!)

Breakfast - 2 poached eggs on 2 white bread 5

Lunch - small portion chips 4? chicken in breadcrumbs 4? tomato/basil sauce with grated cheese 3?

Snack - McDonald's strawberry milkshake

Dinner - 1 x mini wm pitta 1 two sesame ryvita 1 with cottage cheese 1.5

Snack - Tesco LC honey/sultana scone with Flora x light 3.5
Total points used today: TOO MANY, maybe 30?!:eek: Big OOPS!
 
Monday 1st June - ok back to it today, for some reason I relaxed a bit at the weekend and didn't count points until I have just written my food diary today :eek: really tired today, h2b has some kind of swelling in his nose which means he can't breathe properly so it's keeping us both awake as he is either 'snorting' trying to breathe or tossing and turning trying to get to sleep!!!! zzzzzzzzzz...............

Thursday 4th June - my birthday!!!! :D I will stick to WW all day until Dinner as we are going out for a meal so I'm not going to try and count points but will probably just have a main course only (that's the idea anyway!). Yes well, this didn't exactly go to plan, naughty me!!

Dinner:
Shared a combo starter - 2 strips chicken in breadcrumbs, 1 garlic mushroom in breadcrumbs, 2 large potato wedges, tsp garlic mayo
Main course - tried to choose a bit better for this - halibut on a bed of stir fried vegetables with baby potatoes - unfortunately it came out swimming in (not literally!) ginger lemon & lime butter - it was gorgeous but soooooo fatty!! So after this I thought I might as well go for it...
Dessert - Raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - this was the best thing I have tasted in a long time - so delicious - it almost melted in your mouth it was that scrumptious!!
Also had a large glass of wine! Hmm what do we think? Getting on for 50 points?! BIG OOOPS!!!


Drink:
2 x decaf coffee
2 x NAS squash
1 x diet Dandelion & Burdock

Exercise:
No time was too busy eating haha!

Thanks - I had a fab day (other than having to work but my boss did let me leave half an hour early!). Ate too much naughty but very nice food but enjoyed every mouthful!

Getting the wedding sorted, it seems to be getting here very quickly now but I'm trying not to get stressed out about getting things done it will all come together haha!

Haven't seen the Wii active thing I'll have a look...don't get alot of time on here so I usually have a quick look around, update my diary and that's it. I'll have to make more time...

WI today I've lost 2 lbs!! Great! Not sure how but there you go, last night hasn't had time to catch up yet though!
 
Friday 5th June - so glad it's Friday it's been a loooong week! Anyway, WI today and somehow I've lost 2 lbs not sure how but who am I to argue?!

Now you would think after all that food I ate last night I wouldn't need to eat at all for the next week or so, WRONG! I'm always more hungry the day after I've had a huge meal, particularly during the morning, weird! I'm going to have to try hard to stay on plan today. So here is my menu for today....

Breakfast:
40g Ready Brek with 150ml ss milk 3.5

Snack:

Lunch:

Total point used today: 20.5 - oops slightly over again! Haven't really been counting points over weekend though so not too bad considering - at least I seem to have an idea of what I can eat without putting on weight now which will be great when I'm ready to maintain just not great right now haha!!
