Heres a tip ive found helps a little. Not sure if its been mentioned before, but get a glass, fill with ice and crunch on it. Although ive not had any problems or hunger pains etc (I'm only on day 4) Friday night would be a bluray and some goodies, trying to stay in a normal as possible routine i had the bluray on but had a couple of glasses of ice as i was watching - gave me something to do and chew on and found that it helped. Might just help someone else
