tips attending wedding tomorrow

I am going to a wedding tomorrow and I am worried about going off track, wentoff track a week ago. Put on 4.5 in 2 weeks, this week managed to loose 3:5 :)
Anyone have any tips, I am also staying away from caffeine fir medical reasons so will just be boring water!
 
Fill yourself up on free food before you go that way you are not tempted to stuff yourself with lots of syns.

If you are drinking try to have a short with diet coke/lemonade/tonic water to make it into a nice long drink.

Don't forget your syns for the odd treat you may want.
