OK so I have had social engagements the last 2 weekends and I've been yoyoing but now I am ready to give it my all.
In order to reach my original goal I need to lose 10lbs this week - is this possible? Is there anything I can do to achieve this in a week? Such as treadmill sessions, nettle tea???
