tips to lose 10lbs this week

    OK so I have had social engagements the last 2 weekends and I've been yoyoing but now I am ready to give it my all.

    In order to reach my original goal I need to lose 10lbs this week - is this possible? Is there anything I can do to achieve this in a week? Such as treadmill sessions, nettle tea???

    I think a 10lb loss is unlikely unless it's your first week on a VLCD but you can still have a fab loss by drinking lotsof water, sticking to the plan and taking moderate exercise everyday.

    I agree with Gaynor, its a pretty tall order to get 10lbs off in a week that is not your first week and 24lbs in 3 weeks would be pretty amazing if you achieved it.

    Normally you would expect to lose a stone a month on this diet, so that is approx 3-4 lbs a week after week 1 to 2.

    Best advice is as Gaynor said, drink plenty of water, if you are going to exercise, dont do too much cardio, as you need carbs to burn fat through cardio so keep it low level on the treadmill.

    Water, water and more water ..... but agree 10lbs is asking slightly too much. Oh did I mention water??!!

    tbh i dont drink that much water, and look at my losses lol
