Hello everyone!

I have my 21st birthday party on Saturday (5th of Feb) and I REALLY want to be under the next stone bracket (into the 11's) ... any tips for the next week as to how I can shift this next 3.5 lbs?!

I am trying to exercise everyday ... cardio mainly - but mixing it up with circuits / box-a-cise / gym / swim etc ...

Any food tips?

My advise more protein less carbs... Seems to work for me when I want a good week, I love bread but can't go without it but on a weekend I'm heading out I ease off it so the tummy can deflate !!!
Also drink as much water as possible 2-3litre's a day, works wonders...
And enjoy the celebrations xxx
