Tiramissu with pics :o)

Serves one, 4 1/2 syns but well worth it

ingredents.
3 sponge fingers(3 syns)
1 teaspoon of strong coffee disolved in about 4 to 6 tablespoons of boiling water( add sweetner if you wish)
1/2 toffee muller light
1/4 tub quark
1/2 choco options(1syn)
anchor light spray cream(6g =1/2syn)

Mix the quark, options and muller together and if needed add some sweetner.
Break up the sponge fingers and place half into the bottom of the glass/dish.
Spoon over the coffee mixture a little at a time making sure theres half left.
Then spoon over 1/2 of the quark mixture, then place rest of sponge fingers in and spoon over the coffee mixture again and then with quark mixture.
Leave in fridge for a couple of hours then top with spray cream.

This will keep in the fridge for 24 hours as i made mine yesterday then just topped with the cream today x

Extremely reasonable syns too. I would've thought the sponge fingers would be more so that's awesome.

Wow, that looks delicious. Going to try and get a low fat toffee yogurt that is Vegetarian and give this a go. Thanks.
