Today I've not done bad I think. I had a yogurt ,muller light,for breakfast then made a big pan of savory rice with quorn. I've had it for lunch and am working until 8 today so have just had the rest at work with my bread allowance . For snacks I've had an Orange and a rocky bar. Total syns for the day are 7. Not bad but can't wait to get to a class to keep me on track !
