"Toilet" issues...

Went to the toilet for the first time since Monday. Is this usual? Seems a long time...

I think it's normal to a get a little trouble now and again! I usually drink 1 purée tea a few times a week at bed time! They are in holland & baratt real cheap they are just pepermint, sena and something else not so no carbs or hidden sugars as there's no fruit in them but they do help me I have IBS so need help quite often tmi lol x

Yes it's normal whilst on the VLCDs to not go every day. Don't worry about it and you only need to really do something about it if it's becoming uncomfortable.

if you think how little volume goes in it does reduce in frequency. I even get a little loose in the first couple of weeks....tmi? Damn straight!

I find the slim and save water flavourings give me an upset stomach which although clears me out, is uncomfortable as it also makes me have tummy ache.
