Tomorrow has come!

hey hello you....how come you missed wi? you ok?
i had big meal with all kids n partners and little ones...ate and drank but got rest of week to be good lol...
 
I am not doing at all well. Keep eating chocolate it's like I opened the flood gates and it won't stop. I need to be strong! It's so weird don't have any for ages and then I have it loads. It's so annoying. I don't want to be like this I want to keep going! :-( ohhhhhhh. x

Hi Blufizz how you doing???

I am doing so much better now! I think I had a little blip but I have lost half a stone now and don't even feel like I have been dieting! So I am really happy about that. Was thinking, if I keep up half a stone a month I will 3.5 stone off by August! So not a bad run I would say for not even feeling like I am dieting (although I do want to step up the pace a bit haha) x

Hi peeps!

I have decided that I really need to start TALKING in my diary and not just writing down what I eat everyday!

So, last night my best friend came over and we had a great night. A bit too many syns but hey ho. I am feeling much better about myself lately but still not fitting into any trousers!

I have given up the gym as I am moving soon. I am going to start going running like I used to before the gym... I used to really enjoy this much more than the gym. It is just motivating myself to get out of bed early!!

I am wavering between going everyday or setting myself a certain amount to do and doing it. So maybe 4 times a week starting tomorrow??? Or perhaps saying half an hour a day exercise and 4 of these have to be running. I want to start sit ups also and will get my exercise ball out for that!

So, today I am going to take my mum's dogs (I am looking after them) to town for the exercise!

One thing that is really annoying me is that I have forgotten the SW password so can't log on to check syns!!! It has annoyed me so much. I keep going on to check and then realising I don't know it!

OK, enough chatter for today! Have a good Valentines Day! x

I went to weigh in and sts but that's cool cos I didn't go till Wednesday and then I went on Monday... And I wasn't 100%! BUT... this week I am going to be super good, 100%!
