Hi there
I havent updated my Diary thread in a few weeks now. Must remember to update soon. Anyhow on to my question. Ive though of doing some light weights to help tone up front and back of arms and my chest. They are only light weights but when I tone up and put muscle on, I know that muscle weighs more than fat, so I dont really want to put on the weight the muscle will bring. What are your thoughts please ?

:D I've just done an answer to this on another thread :D

You wont put on any muscle if you are the Cambridge Diet, Weight watchers, Slimming World or any diet that has a calorie deficit.

The best you'll do is preserve the muscle you have...so worth doing :)
