too many carbs?

I have mentioned this before too. I told you what my general daily meal is earlier.... and basically I have quite a lot of carbs! I don't eat much fruit and veg and I deffo don't have the right portions of everything... protein, calcium etc. However, I decided that what I am doing at the moment is clearly working for me, and I am enjoying the foods I am eating.

I would rather stay as I am for now, and then alter my diet when I reach a plateau.

It is up to you really!

I love carbs too and eat them often! I am calorie counting so the only time I would cut down on them is if my weight loss slows or stops :)
