Too much?

Have I eaten too much today? EE day.

Breakfast - Ready Brek (HeB) with milk (HeA)
Lunch - Roast dinner with cabbage, carrots, potatoes, lamb, gravy made with granuals (2.5 syns) and small yorkshire pudding (53 cals est 2.5 syns, correct me if I'm wrong).
Dinner - Quorn sausage omelette.
Snacks - One thick slice of multi seeded home made bread, not sure what to syn this as but as it was quite thick I'm going to syn it as 2 thin slices (6 syns), a banana and 2 Ski fuller for longer yogurts. 11 syns altogether if I'm right.

I feel satisfied but I was wondering if I'm eating too much.
