    Hi guys

    I've got an idea, that we should all post our top 3 cambridge meal packs..shakes, soups, porridge etc, (it doesnt have to be in order)..unless of course you have an order for them! This will beneft those who are already on the diet but especially useful for those new to the diet. I know everyone has different tastes and tastebuds change over time, but im sure this could be at least a little bit helpful?

    e.g mine would be

    1. Original Porridge
    2. Peanut Bar
    3. Choc Mint Shake

    (p.s. i have never had MAM or tetras so cant comment on them! :sigh:)

    Hmmm really difficult for me , after coming of lipotrim onto CD .. they all taste amazing !!

    I would say

    1. Apple and cinnamon Porridge
    2. vanilla shake made into a mousse with 1/2 tsp of coffee ( tiramasu mmm)
    3. Toffee or chocolate bar


    the only thing so far i really DONT like is choc orange shake :jelous:

    Mine would be :

    Apple and cinnamon porridge
    Original Porridge
    Banana Tetra.

    All 3 of them could make me puke!

    In fact this is what most of my diet consists of lol

    1. Cappacino Shake made with ice cubes in smoothie maker.
    2. Choc Tetra with hot water added to make a hot chocolate.
    3. Strawberry Tetra - Handy for work.

    Chocolate Tetra just on the turn from frozen to liquid so it is really hard to get it up the straw (makes me feel like I'm doing exercise) :D
