Top 5 items in my shopping basket!

For me it's:

  1. Eggs - sooo versatile, I love them!
  2. Melon - sweet and juicy, great for breakfast, snacks or pudding.
  3. VLF Natural yogurt - on my fruit, in my cooking or straight from the pot.
  4. Quorn - sausages, mince, pieces. It's free and I love that :)
  5. Veggies (is that cheating?!) - I love roasting up loads of veg and having it with meat on red, on a jacket spud on green, making into a pasta sauce or having with quorn sausages for a free meal!
 
1. Chicken
2. vlf yogs/mullerlights
3. Apples - this should be top of list actually!!
4. low fat cheese triangles
5. Eggs :)
 
My top 5:
1. Mullerlight yogurts (i love the banana and custard ones - i swear i could eat 20 of those a day!)
2. Fruit - variety - i make a big fruit salad to pick at when i am peckish!
3. Jacket Potatoes and small new potatoes
4. Diet Coke
5. Eggs - so many free meals!
 
This is a tricky one. Mine would have to be;

1. Fruit - mainly Strawberries ( i have an addiction at the moment)
2. Ryvita
3. Laughing cow extra light triangles
4. Spaghetti hoops
5. Potatoes.

These are staples in my fridge and cupboards. In fact I could add a couple more such as Ainsleys cous cous, certain veggies, pasta sauces and savoury rices for those quick emergency meals, Garlic, cottage cheese and the Bovrils.
 
Lots of similarities here!
Mine are:

Sack of spuds
Tinned tomatoes
Yoghurts
Bananas

hmm i have only doing the eating plan a short while but so far i like

chicken
tuna (canned)
large potato for jackets
tinned toms
porridge (cant get through the day without it)
plus i hate to say this i have scan bran with my porridge.
 
what is quark????

Quark is a fat free soft cheese, great for sauces or for adding an ounce of cheese into (the whole thing tastes like cheese then) or lemon curd or something similar.

It is near the cottage cheese in the supermarket. :)

Oh, and it's a free food too!
 
Think I should have entitled this thread 'top 10' rather than 'top 5'. Feel free to post as many items as you like - lol!!

Hmm, think I must invest in some quark and try out a recipe. Never tried it before!
