How many syns is this? I love it but haven't touched it since starting SW, thought it would be loads of syns!

*Frozen Blueberries- I find fresh ones get damaged too easiely and frozen ones are less expensive
*Potatoes- I'm lazy and usually get the ready peeled ones!!

This is such a great thread, really helpful. I need to go shopping but I'm hanging on till I've been to my first meeting tomorrow, in case I buy all the wrong stuff! This has given me loads of ideas.

What lovely food too - I bet most diet shopping lists would go 'spinach, broccoli, lentils...'!
