    Been away since last Friday (at my little sisters wedding) so have missed the start of the challenge, dont weigh in until Friday, but as i have drunk a lot and ate some rubbish thats probably not such a bad thing!!

    Anyway, going to put my food for the day on here as keep forgetting to write it down at home!

    Wednesday Red Day

    Brekkie
    Strawberries, blueberries, Raspberries & 1 Shape Lasting Satisfaction

    Lunch
    2 slices ww bread (hex b)
    tin tuna in water mixed with extra light mayo 1.5 syns
    cucumber & lettuce

    Dinner
    Roast chicken with loads of veg & gravy 1.5 syns

    Snacks
    Ryvita Minis (hex b)
    Ham
    Laughing Cow E Light (hex a)
    Sugar Free Jelly 1/2 syn
    Yoghurt

    Had a great time, but as always got hammered the night before the wedding so was feeling a bit fragile on the day itself, you would think that at the age of 31 i would have learnt that staying in the hotel bar until 2am the night before a wedding might mean i look like sh1t on the day, but unfortunately i never learn!!

    Thursday Red Day

    Brekkie
    Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries with Quark sweetened with Canderel and a drop of vanilla essence

    Lunch
    Roast chicken sandwich (ww bread hex b) with salad and extra light mayo 1.5 syns

    Dinner
    Spag bol made with steak mince, onions, peppers, tinned tomatoes and herbs, pasta (hex b) grated cheese (hex a)

    Snacks
    2ltrs water
    yoghurt
    sugar free jelly 1/2 syn
    1 alpen light bar 3 syns

    Friday Red Day

    Brekkie
    2 slices ww bread (hex b) with scraping butter and marmite 2 syns

    Lunch
    Out for lunch today so will post back later

    Dinner
    Chicken in tomato and olive sauce with salad & pitta bread (need to check syns)

    Snacks
    2ltrs water
    1 glass white wine 6 syns
    sugar free jelly 0.5 syns

    Will update later with syns etc, have a lovely weekend x

    Definately overdid it on the wine this weekend (as usual!!), will have to work hard this week to try and get a loss on Friday!

    Monday Red Day

    Blueberries Strawberries, Raspberries & Grapes with Apricot Muller

    Lunch
    SW bacon quiche with Salad & Light Salad Cream 2 syns

    Dinner
    Steak with roasted veg (sprayed with Frylight~) Tomato Sauce 2 syns

    Snacks
    2ltrs water
    Ryvita Minis (hex b)
    Laughing Cow ex light (hex a)

    Exercise - 30 mins aerobics

    Brekkie
    2 slices ww bread (hex b) toasted and topped with mashed banana
    banana and custard muller

    Lunch
    Hot bacon salad with 3 laughing cow ex light triangles (hex a)
    Mixed berries

    Dinner
    Chicken with mixed peppers, onion & mushroom cooked in old el paso fahita seasoning, salad, creme fraiche & remainder of laughing cow ex light from earlier (4 syns)

    Snacks
    2ltrs water
    diet lemonade
    ryvita minis (hex b)
    fruit

    Exercise
    30 mins cardio box

    Toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich (hexa & hexb) with ketchup (2syns)

    Dinner
    Mixed seafood in a chunky tomato sauce with spagehtti (hex b)

    Snacks
    2ltrs water
    crudite with a creme fraiche dip (1.5 syns)
    skinny Cow ice cream (4.5 syns)

    Excercise
    None today!

    Had a couple of glasses of white wine last night, so have a little tiny headache this morning, still managed to drag myself out of bed to do my workout, so feeling proud of myself, would have been so easy just to have a little lay in!!

    Soup (hex b) with 2 slices ww bread (hexb) butter ( 2 syns)

    Salmon with green beans, carrots & soya beans, sauce made with milk and cheese(hexa x 2)

    Exercise
    30 mins pump

    Haven't been posting much for the last week or so, been v busy at work and sorting stuff out for our holiday - we leave on Friday cant wait!!!

    Anyway, nothing much in the cupboards, so will have to be imaginative to make some decent meals out of the food we have left.

    Back from my Holidays!!!

    Had a fantastic time in sunny Spain, ate and drank far too much, but that's what holidays are for!! Haven't weighed myself yet as weigh in isn't until Friday, i reckon i put on 4 or 5 pounds, so am hoping to have got rid of a couple before Friday! Dont know whats happened to England whilst ive been away, its getting dark in the mornings which i hate as i like to get up at 6am and do my work out, and its bloody freezing!!!

    Anyway, have noticed the boards have been really quiet - wheres Foodfairy gone?? How are you doing Sonban? I noticed you have lost even more weight - good for you!! xx:)

    Anyway, back onto SW!

    Hiya I am fine thank you :D glad you enjoyed your holiday's. I have not got a clue where everyone has gone it has been so quiet. Glad your back anyway lets hope you didnt put on too much.

    Cant believe i went and did a massive shop on saturday, the fridge is nearly empty again!! Food seems to cost a fortune these days doesn't it?

    It would be great if you could post your food diary from time to time Sejay, i always struggle with green days as dont know what to have, so it would help inspire me!!x
