Been away since last Friday (at my little sisters wedding) so have missed the start of the challenge, dont weigh in until Friday, but as i have drunk a lot and ate some rubbish thats probably not such a bad thing!!

Anyway, going to put my food for the day on here as keep forgetting to write it down at home!

Wednesday Red Day

Brekkie
Strawberries, blueberries, Raspberries & 1 Shape Lasting Satisfaction

Lunch

tin tuna in water mixed with extra light mayo 1.5 syns
cucumber & lettuce

Dinner
Roast chicken with loads of veg & gravy 1.5 syns

Had a great time, but as always got hammered the night before the wedding so was feeling a bit fragile on the day itself, you would think that at the age of 31 i would have learnt that staying in the hotel bar until 2am the night before a wedding might mean i look like sh1t on the day, but unfortunately i never learn!!

Had a couple of glasses of white wine last night, so have a little tiny headache this morning, still managed to drag myself out of bed to do my workout, so feeling proud of myself, would have been so easy just to have a little lay in!!

Haven't been posting much for the last week or so, been v busy at work and sorting stuff out for our holiday - we leave on Friday cant wait!!!

Anyway, nothing much in the cupboards, so will have to be imaginative to make some decent meals out of the food we have left.

Back from my Holidays!!!

Had a fantastic time in sunny Spain, ate and drank far too much, but that's what holidays are for!! Haven't weighed myself yet as weigh in isn't until Friday, i reckon i put on 4 or 5 pounds, so am hoping to have got rid of a couple before Friday! Dont know whats happened to England whilst ive been away, its getting dark in the mornings which i hate as i like to get up at 6am and do my work out, and its bloody freezing!!!

Anyway, have noticed the boards have been really quiet - wheres Foodfairy gone?? How are you doing Sonban? I noticed you have lost even more weight - good for you!! xx:)
