Salmon salad with low fat creme fraiche 0 + 1 hex a

Dinner:
Lamb leg steaks with roast pots (hex b) carrots and green beans with redcurrant jelly 2

Snacks:
Fruit
Muller light
2 x alpen lights (hex b)

Water: 2l

Exercise: None, starting tomorrow

chicken salad sandwich (1x hex b) with scraping of creme fraiche 1
