I would love to hear your feedback on my meals, as I'm brand new to SW and am interested to hear if any of you experts think I could be doing anything different.

I'll start with today and carry on from there. :)


Today I'm doing EE.

Breakfast

28g Alpen (No added sugar) (HEX-B)
with
Soya Milk (HEX-A)


Snack

Natural FF Yoghurt with Raspberries (free :))


Lunch

Half a pack of Ainslye Harriott Cous Cous - 1/2 syn
With
A pack of spicy chicken bites by mattesons - 1 1/2 syn
and cucumber
 
This looks fine Hun, but you need to eat more free foods like fruit and veg. Mullerlite yoghurts are free too, although dont eat too many of those in a day as they can effect your loss.

Have a look at some other diaries on here to give you some ideas too, this is what I do if Im looking for inspiration!
Keep it up though!!!
 
So yesterday I finished off with a Chilli made from:

Lean Beef mince
Passata
Kidney beans
Sweetcorn
Peppers
Courgette

and had it with ride, so all free on EE.

I did have a milkyway (6 syns) afterwards. :) Very tasty!
 
Today - October 27th

Breakfast I had
Rasperries with Alpen and natural Yoghurt

Morning snack I had a fruit salad

Lunch was prawns in light thousand island sauce (3 syns) with salad.
